Spiderman then deals with J.K. after barely beating him in his Funhouse and challenges Hobgoblin to a final fight. After that, Peter celebrates by defeating the Earthworm.

With Carnage destroying everything, Spiderman has no chance after getting beaten to a pulp and his energy stolen. Spiderman then teams up with Venom however, they cannot work together and gets pulverized. They finally face Carnage again in the hospital where he has bombs everywhere. As Venom gets everyone out, Spiderman distracts Carnage. Eventually, Venom sacrifices himself to save Spiderman and Venom and Carnage are seen destroyed. Spiderman then leaves thinking why Eddie saved him and how Mary Jane is.

Season 2 (2011)

This season mainly focuses on Peter's relationships between Liz & Gwen after Mary Jane left the show. In addition, he learns of origins of his "breed" and thinks deeply of how he became to be Spiderman. This season also has returning villains, J.K., Brawn, Iron Jaw, & Dr. Heinz & Woodpecker. It also introduces some villains like Iron Gate, Reptile & The Freezer.

However, they soon work together to defeat Kool Killer when he seems to be able to take advantage of that. Meanwhile, the rest of the Fantastic Four is looking for Ben.

Spiderman is taunted by many failures in his life. He then gives up on superhero and lives a normal life when suffering a grave loss from J.K. As J.K. then takes over New York City, things become much more crazy. Gwen then breaks up with Harry and she and Peter finally gets together. Peter then revealed his identity as Spiderman to everyone. Gwen then convinces Peter to go back and save New York. Spiderman then confronts J.K. but figures out that the Symbiote suit is on him and furthered him. J.K. then transforms and Spiderman has a long epic battle to where he wins when shocking it in the Planetarium with 2,000,000,000 volts. J.K. then thanks Spiderman and then faints. J. Jonah Jamerson finally lets Peter have the job, not knowing he is Spiderman. Peter and Flash finally makes up and Gwen makes out with Peter. Spiderman then goes back to where the Symbiote was and discovers that it is gone. He then gets suspicious but drops it. Then it shows the Symbiote having a deadly smile on, seeking revenge. The show then ends with Spiderman thinking about how J.K. got the Symbiote and who gave it to him, ending the series.

SP#1	Lightspeed	A villain known as Reptile comes to town and tries to get Dr. Conners to go back into the Lizard. When he succeeds, they hunt down Spiderman. Spiderman must run into the sewers. However, this leads up to where he meets Dragonfly and they team up to stop them.
SP#2	Parasites!	When Peter is at home celebrating a party with everyone there, Eddie Brock comes and both him and Peter eventually finds one another. Venom reveals his undead form and unleashes the symbiotes versions of Spiderman. Spiderman is outmatched until he is aided by the Fantastic Four.
SP#3	Reptile's Revenge	Reptile returns but this time gets help from Galactus. With Spiderman unable to stop the duo, he seeks help from all of his allies. However, that is still not enough and they eventually fall. Galactus turns on Reptile and Reptile destroys him and absorbs his power. He then hurls earth to the Sun. Can Spiderman stop this from happening and defeat Reptile?

4	January 26, 2011	Partners in Crime	After being defeated by Spiderman, Flint Marko and Alex O'Hirn both get help from the Big Man and they become Sandman & the Rhino. They both then seek revenge on Spiderman. Meanwhile, Peter gets a job at the Daily Bugle and Mary Jane Watson is introduced.
5	February 1, 2011	Market Forces	The Big Man is at it again and turns Montana into the Shocker. Shcoker gains a vendetta against Spiderman and hunts him down. Meanwhile, the Spider Slayers hunts Spiderman down themselves. The Tinkerer is confronted by both Tombstone & Hammerhead. Peter is conflicted when a dance is coming up and he can either take Mary Jane or Gwen.
6	February 7, 2011	Humanity	The Spider Slayers are back and starts to cause crimes under the name of the Big Man known as Kingpin. Meanwhile, Peter asks Mary Jane to the dance and gets the green light. Eddie gets fired from the Daily Bugle when Peter seems to outclass him in that.
7	February 13, 2011	Elements	As the Spider Slayers frame Spiderman, he has much bigger problems, the Green Goblin. He has come to spread despair to Spiderman. Eddie and Peter tries to rebuild their friendship. J. Jonah Jameson welcomes Tony Stark to New York.
8	February 23, 2011	Reaction	Dr. Otto Octavius is teaching his class. Peter and Gwen flirt until Harry interrupts. Peter keeps getting bullied by Flash. Otto is confronted by Norman and Kingpin and they make him Dr. Octopus. He searches for a battery supply so that he may conduct his experiments. Meanwhile, Tombstone, Hammerhead & Silvermane prepare for a Gang War.
9	February 29, 2011	Persona	The crime bosses are in a Gang War currently and Kingpin comes prepared by sending the Chameleon to infiltrate and give on what they know. In addition, it is Halloween and Peter went with Gwen & Harry. Can Spiderman stop Chameleon before he ruins the superhero?
10	March 5, 2011	Birthmark	The Gang War is still raging on as Kingpin, Silvermane, Tombstone & Hammerhead are all fighting for control. Meanwhile, Adrian Toomes known as the Vulture steals the youth of people. When stealing part of Peter's Peter must find him as Adrian begins to undergo a series of events. Eventually that leads to the notorious birth of Man-Spider.
11	March 11, 2011	Group Therapy	Aunt May goes out with her friend. Peter meets Felicia Hardy. Meanwhile, Scorpion, Doctor Octopus, Rhino, Sandman, Electro & Shocker all forms the Sinister Six to eliminate Spiderman. When Spiderman fails to beat them, the Symbiote takes control soon after.
12	March 17, 2011	Intervention	Peter finds pictures for Jonah and talks to George Stacy about responsibility. Meanwhile, the Symbiote is taking over his mind. Aunt May is not feeling any better. It is then a full out battle with Spiderman and what he would have become. Eddie Brock vowed a vendetta against Spiderman.
13	March 23, 2011	Nature vs. Nurture	After Peter got rid of the Symbiote, it went and bonded with Eddie Brock. Peter then plans to go to the dance with MJ. However, Venom raids on his parade and vows to destroy his life as Spiderman and Peter Parker. Can Peter stop this new nemesis?

15	May 8, 2011	The Hunter	Sergi Kravinoff comes to New York and is given a task by Tombstone and Hammerhead to eliminate Spiderman. He then goes to eliminate Spiderman. However, eventually he fuses DNA with his pet lion. Peter then finishes when he is asked on a date by Felicia Hardy.
16	May 14, 2011	The Sinister Six Returns	Peter is traumatized when Aunt May collapses in the living room. When she is in the hospital, he talks to Dr. Conners about it. Gwen talks about their relationship but he is interrupted when Felicia asks him out again. Meanwhile, Spiderman struggles to face the new Sinister Six: Mysterio, Kraven, Rhino, Richochet, Ox & Vulture.
17	May 20, 2011	Scorpion's Vengeance	When Mac Gargan is released from prison. He seeks revenge on Miles Warren for changing him. Spiderman must save them both from the Scorpion. When Peter and Felicia stops seeing each other because of Michael Morbius, he tries to be with Gwen but she is with Harry already. Liz & Flash breaks up and she goes with Peter.
18	May 26, 2011	Man-Wolf, pt. I	When Peter is having a hard time dealing with friends, he seeks Norman Osborn for help as he gets it. He then gets along with Peter much better than Harry, making him jealous. Meanwhile, Jonah's son, John Jameson is infected by a what Dr. Conners thinks is a disease. And why is Eddie Brock suddenly appearing here and there?
19	June 1, 2011	Man-Wolf, pt. II	With Dr. Conners & Miles Warren studying, Peter goes to investigate on his own. Peter talks to Jonah and George. Spiderman then takes it upon himself to check up on John. However, Spiderman comes face to face with Man-Wolf. Eddie Brock also returns but also with a familiar face as well.
20	June 7, 2011	Identity Crisis	With Venom back, nobody is safe as all of New York figures out that Peter Parker is Spiderman. Peter's aunt, Flash, Eddie, Harry, Gwen, Felicia, Liz & Mary Jane all gets asked questions. As Spiderman struggles to stop Venom, J. Jonah Jameson struggles to find out how to get rid of Spiderman. Eddie is sent to the nuthouse.
21	June 13, 2011	Mastermind	The Master Planner known as Doctor Octopus has some villains: Electro, Richochet & Sandman doing his grunt work as he prepares for his final preparations for conquering New York. Meanwhile, Silvermane & Silver Sable regroup the Spider Slayers and goes after Spiderman themselves.
22	June 19, 2011	Probable Cause	As Kingpin is working on a new project with Smite, Peter is getting more pictures for Jonah. In addition, the Enforcers: Richochet, Ox, Shocker & Mysterio are all out to distract Spiderman. Harry and Gwen continues their relationship as Peter keeps seeing Dr. Conners and Norman Osborn for help. Eventually, Spiderman teams up with Black Cat to stop the Enforcers.
23	June 25, 2011	Final Exam	With the crime bosses in hiding for a while, Spiderman is at ease, until Dr. Octopus known as the Master Planner plans to blow up a testing site with Mary Jane, Gwen & Liz in there. Meanwhile, Peter continues his relationship with Liz as they get closer.
24	July 1, 2011	Subtext	Mark Allan is transformed into the villain known as Molten Man by Green Goblin and is forced to work for him. Molten Man then plans to kill Spiderman while jeopardizing all of Peter's friends inside the science room. Meanwhile, Silvermane begins his experiments with Hammerhead and Tombstone. Peter and Liz stays together and kisses, making Harry and Gwen jealous.
25	July 7, 2011	Deception	When Green Goblin beats George Stacy and Jonah to the punch, he gains control of the prison. He then unleashes Molten Man, the Chameleon, the Rhino, Mysterio & Shocker. Green Goblin then watches Spiderman fail to stop them as he puts his final plan in order. Meanwhile, Harry gets his dad to be proud of him.
26	July 13, 2011	Final Curtain	With everything a mess, Peter breaks up with Liz and he and Gwen becomes a couple. Harry is heartbroken. Even his dad rejects now. Meanwhile, the Green Goblin is still at large and he is causing problems when brought the Spider Slayers with him. Spiderman and Green Goblin's in an all out war. In the end, it is revealed that Norman Osborn was the Green Goblin and presumed dead, but he went into hiding somewhere at Revencroft. Meanwhile, Peter also breaks up as friends with Harry, ruining his life as well as Eddie's.

28	August 21, 2011	Hydro-Man	Morris Bench is mutated by the Kingpin and Tinkerer and is tricked into believing that Spiderman turned him into that and that Spiderman has the cure. 29	August 27, 2011	Neuroscience	The second Gang War is at its peak where the Kingpin is at his end. However, he tricks them and manages to win. Meanwhile, Miles Warren builds genetic fusion material and becomes crazed when fusing his body with it. He then becomes the villain known as Jackal.
30	September 2, 2011	The Horn of the Rhino	When Doctor Octopus unleashes Alex, he goes to exact his revenge on Spiderman. Peter and Gwen are having a wonderful time being together and Flash hooks up with Mary Jane. Peter checks up on Eddie and meets Cletus Kasady. Rhino and Spiderman are at their peak of fighting and they have their final encounter on thin ice.
31	September 8, 2011	Enter the Hobgoblin	Harry is still mad over the loss of Gwen and his father. He then blames Peter and Spiderman for everything. He then goes out and hires the New Enforcers: Shocker, Richochet, Sandman & Dr. Octopus to distract Spiderman. Soon after, Spiderman comes face to face with the Hobgoblin.
32	September 14, 2011	Jack O'Lantern	Jason Mecendale is fed up with people and puts on a mask and builds a disc rider. He then has a mask, a pumping on fire. He is then known as the Jack O'Lantern. Spiderman finds it hard to keep up with the notorious villain. Meanwhile, Peter is scared and helps Gwen and Mary Jane in the search for Harry.
33	September 20, 2011	Transformation	The Vulture is back and seems to be more than a match for Spiderman. Meanwhile, the Kingpin kidnaps him and steals the serums from Dr. Conners' lab. He then injects them into Adrian and once again he becomes Man-Spider. Man-Spider thenis out for blood and seeks to kill Spiderman, permanently. Meanwhile, the New Enforcers struggles to choose a side.
34	September 26, 2011	Scarlet Spider	When Peter goes out, he and Jonah both check up on John. Dr. Conners says he will be fine and so they go. Peter then goes out to find that there are webs everywhere and there is crime breaking out. Spiderman then goes and finds the culprit, Scarlet Spider.
35	October 2, 2011	Scorpion's Revenge	With Spiderman and Scarlet Spider teaming up, they can take any villain down. They recently took Jackal back to jail. However, Mac Gargan tricks Scarlet Spider into helping him find a cure. However, he shoves the Gene Cleanser down his throat and the Scorpion heads for the Power Plant to shock Ben Reily and kill him. Can Spiderman stop him in time?
36	October 8, 2011	Shock Therapy	When Dr. Octopus is out of jail, he is harmless and so Scarlet Spider accidentally ends up jeopardizing himself and is placed in prison. Meanwhile, Peter ans Gwen times their relationship out for sometime. Michael tries to make his move but Felicia and Peter are already chatting. Spiderman then teams up with the Black Cat to rescue Scarlet Spider. Ben Reily then leaves, promising to return.
37	October 14, 2011	The Return of Venom	When Peter visits the nuthouse, he finds Eddie and Cletus enjoying their time, until Eddie is released. Peter and Felicia enjoys themselves. Meanwhile, Eddie somehow finds the remains of the Symbiote in a pile of acid and bonds with it again. He and Spiderman then meets once again. Spiderman is then aided at the last second by Iron Man. Meanwhile, Silver Sable and Hammerhead are going out.
38	October 20, 2011	Carnage, pt. I	While Venom is still at large, he visits Cletus Kasady again telling him he is done with the nuthouse. Venom then leaves to fight Spiderman. However, some of the Symbiote spored itself and Cletus bonds with it, becoming Carnage. As Spiderman & Iron faces Venom, they are interrupted by an unfamiliar face!
39	October 26, 2011	Carnage, pt. II	The villain reveals himself to be Carnage and defeats them all. War Machine comes and takes Tony to the industries. Meanwhile, Peter is in a rivalry with Michael for Felicia's affections. Spiderman is here teaming up with Venom to stop Carnage. They fail to stop him and the Kingpin tries to control Carnage but he decides to send New York to Oblivion. When it is down to the three, Eddie is pushed inside of the realm. Spiderman is then left to stop Carnage and only wins when leading him to the bell tower and some help from War Machine.

Eventually, Spiderman gets dragged into a situation with the police because of the Black Cat. However this time, the Black Cat has something in store for the police.
42	December 10, 2011	The Infinity Crusade!, pt. I	A group known as the Infinity Crusade appears at Peter's school and kidnaps Gwen & Mar Jane. Spiderman/Peter then goes to save them with the help of Scarlet Spider & Ms. Marvel. However, the Infinity Crusade is more than what they led to believe.
43	December 16, 2011	The Infinity Crusade!, pt. II	When the three heroes are imprisoned, they are rescued by Iron Man & War Machine. Kingpin & Silverman both puts their plans together with the Infinity Crusade. However, they begin their real plan, to eradicate all mutants. There, Spiderman also meets Daredevil. Can they win?
44	December 22, 2011	The Return of the Hobgoblin	Harry has shown up again but so has the Hobgoblin. When Peter suspects Harry of returning as the Hobgoblin, he discovers that he was set-up. Spiderman then goes to investigate and stop the real Hobgoblin, Rodrick Kingsley.
45	December 28, 2011	Morbius	The Kingpin & Tombstone tests on Michael Morbius and changes him into a Vampire. He then must go suck blood. Meanwhile, Spiderman faces his own challenges when thinking of giving up superheroing until he drinks a different serum and grows two more arms. Eventually, the two meets and has a duel.
46	January 3, 2012	Morbius' Return	With Spiderman victorious in the battle against Morbius, he goes to Dr. Conners on how to get rid of his mutations. He then makes a serum that can only be made once. Felicia is going home but is attacked by Morbius. Spiderman then must rescue Felicia and stop Morbius and his vampire army and drink the serum to return to normal.
47	January 9, 2012	Cloning	Peter comes face to face with Wade Wilson a.k.a Deadpool. The two duel in terms of humor and it ends in a tie. The two teams up to stop the Tinkerer, Tombstone & Hammerhead as they clone Spiderman and make incomplete clones. Also, with the help of the Chameleon and Mysterio.
48	January 15, 2012	Night of the Beetle	When Silvermane is out of commision permanently, Silver Sable seeks Abner Jekins. However, due to being harassed, he becomes the Beetle. He then kidnaps Silver Sable and Spiderman must find her. Meanwhile, Peter has to deal with Jonah appearing out of the blue asking for favors.
49	January 21, 2012	Turnpoint	Peter is teachin Aunt May how to surf the "web." However, they get pulled into an alternate universe where two femme fatals known as Enchantress and Madame Hydra are there to kill him using their mystical powers. As well as flirt with him too.
50	January 27, 2012	Big Wheele	Jackson Weele's carnival gets shut down due to Spiderman's last encounter with Dr. Octopus & the Scorpion. He then gets help from the Kingpin and creates Big Wheele. Big Wheele then searches the streets for Spiderman and tries to waste him. Meanwhile, Peter and Gwen continues their relationship when Harry says that they deserve each other.
51	February 2, 2012	The Black Tarantula	A man comes to New York. He is looking for a challenge. Meanwhile, Peter is tormented when the Black Cat brings back memories of his Uncle getting killed. Spiderman comes face to face with the incredibly strong Black Tarantula. He must use muscle and brains to beat this new foe.
52	February 8, 2012	She-Venom: The Fearful and the Ruthless	Peter is in a play and must choose to kiss either Mary Jane or Felicia Hardy. Gwen gets jealous. Meanwhile, the Kingpin sends Electro and Shocker to fight Spiderman. Anne Weyson is at a testing site and finds the Symbiote when falling through to the sewers. She then dubs herself as She-Venom and searches for Spiderman. When she appears, it will take more than just a few tricks for Spiderman, Scarlet Spider & Deadpool to stop her.

54	April 7, 2012	Dark Victory	Doctor Octopus & Electro are back together. When they learn of the way Spiderman became to be, the persuade him through fighting and convincing to strip himself of his powers. Will he take it?
55	April 13, 2012	H2O	Mary Jane disappears when Morris Bench returns. The Kingpin reveals that he is controlling a clone of Hydro-Man and the host of that is both particles of Morris Bench and Mary Jane. Spiderman will have to save Mary Jane and stop the aqua fiend and Peter will have to explain it to the cops and Jonah.
56	April 19, 2012	Hereafter	Madame Hydra and Enchantress returns. However, they are even more evil when there is a Gang War and their realm has been destroyed. They take this out on Spiderman as well as try to get him to kiss them. Meanwhile, Peter struggles to handle the Gang War while his friends are in jeopardy.
57	April 25, 2012	The Beast Within	When Spiderman is fighting with both the Kingpin and Tombstone in Dr. Conners lab, they fight and Spiderman hits the serum for the rebirth of Man-Spider. He then transforms and cannot control when he does. He goes on a crazy rampage throughout New York. George Stacy then tries to calm Spidey down. Scarlet Spider comes and maybe Ben Reily can reason with Man-Spider. The Prowler is also going around terrorizing the people again.
58	May 1, 2012	Return of the Jack O'Lantern	As the Gang War III is at it's climax with Kingpin and Tombstone turning on each other, Hobgoblin working in and Hammerhead working for himself, New York is faced in terror when Jack O'Lantern returns. Peter is absent from his mayhem as he is busy trying to stop the the Beetle, Jackal & Big Wheele. When he does return, can he save New York from the tyranny of Jack?
59	May 7, 2012	Time After Time	The Rhino, Kraven, the Scorpion and the Black Tarantula teams up together to defeat and rid themselves of Spiderman. Meanwhile, Gwen is presumed dead when Hobgoblin blows up the mall and trapped everyone inside of it. Will George Stacy gain a vendetta on Spiderman. What has become of Spiderman and Hobgoblin?
60	May 13, 2012	Toxin	Venom and Carnage returns and working together. With Spiderman no match, he cannot help the citizens. A person finds a spore of the third Symbiote and is transformed into the horrific Toxin. Now with 3 Symbiotes to face, what is in store for Spiderman? Is Toxin as evil as people make him out to be?
61	May 19, 2012	Tinkering	The Tinkerer is revealed to be the real big man as he shuts both Silvermane Industries down and plans to rid of the Kingpin and Tombstone. Meanwhile, Hammerhead & Silver Sable are in trouble when the Tinkerer has his Tinkerbot. Peter struggles when Gwen is starting to act mysterious. Spiderman and the Incredible Hulk. must help the two anti-villains from the Tinkerer.
62	May 25, 2012	Powerless	Scarlet Spider and Spiderman just finished the Sinister Six again. However, Scarlet Spider gets jealous and bonds with the Symbiote. He then becomes Shadoweb. When Peter breaks up with Gwen, things gets shaky as he also breaks their friendship. Meanwhile, Shadoweb pours the Gene Cleanser on Spiderman and he is temporarily weakened. He goes to Stark Industries to seek help from Iron Man to get his powers back.
63	May 31, 2012	Ultimate Alliance, pt. I	Spiderman, the X-Men, The Fantastic Four, The Avengers and Daredevil all teams up to stop the Kingpin when he teams up with Doctor Doom, Magneto, Galactus and the red Hulk. However, things do not go so good when most of them gets captured.
64	June 6, 2012	Ultimate Alliance, pt. II	Spiderman, Wolverine, Deadpool, Hulk, Captain America, Daredevil & Iron Man must find them and get them back when now Tombstone steps into the game. Now that Tombstone rules this, Spiderman gets help from Black Cat, Hammerhead, Silver Sable, & Scarlet Spider. Spiderman must also go to extreme measures. In the end, all the heroes are given communicators to contact one another.
65	June 12, 2012	Legacy	It is chaos now that both the Green Goblin and the Hobgoblin are back. Peter makes it up to Gwen and they rejoin together again. Flash and Mary Jane are together. Spiderman must get rid of the two. However, he realizes that both Harry and Norman are back as their evil egos. How will Spiderman triumph over this one? It is the last battle to settle it all. Note: Series Finale.
